Non-Equity, Guaranteed Return
Invest in our full real estate portfolio with a guaranteed 7 to 8 percent annual return, paid monthly. Your investment supports multiple projects, and your principal is returned at the end of the term.
Non-Liability Project Investment
Contribute to a specific real estate development project and share in the profit. For example, a 10 percent investment in a project may yield 10 percent of its net profit. These are higher risk, higher reward opportunities.
Equity Partnership
Join as a full equity partner in one or more projects. This option includes a stake in the project and may involve signing on financing. It’s ideal for experienced investors looking to take an active role.
Build Your Custom Plan
Once you’ve chosen your path, we’ll customize the next steps for you. This could include selecting a property, reviewing potential build timelines, or formalizing investment terms through a promissory note. We make sure you’re clear on what to expect every step of the way.
